World’s Most Prestigious Awards

There are a number of famous international awards which are conferred by various organizations in different categories. Here are some awards that are famous not just for their physical design but also for their influential power.

1. Nobel Prize

  • This prestigious award is named for Alfred Nobel, who created dynamite.
  • The will of the Swedish scientist Alfred Nobel established the prizes in 1895.
  • The Nobel Prizes for Physics, Chemistry, Medicine, Literature and Economics are awarded at a ceremony in Stockholm, Sweden.
  • The Nobel Peace Prize is awarded at its own ceremony in Oslo, Norway.

2. Ramon Magsaysay Award

7. The Palme d’Or
